We are delighted to welcome Stuart Preece to our practice.

Joining us in November 2025, Stuart brings a wealth of technical expertise and industry experience to his role as Senior Architectural Technician, significantly strengthening our technical department.

Stuart brings a decade of specialist experience working with housing developers across the South-east, delivering projects ranging from small‑scale sites to complex, multi‑phased developments spanning several years.

Earlier in his career, he gained invaluable exposure with a major multi‑disciplinary consultancy, contributing to both domestic and international schemes. He also spent many years with a local architectural practice, where he played a key role in award‑winning and high‑profile projects.

Stuart has an eye for construction detailing and thoroughly enjoys the design process from instruction to completion. He has also been a member of CIAT since 2018.

Outside of the practice, and when having spare time from being a father of two children and their football taxi, Stuart is a keen gym goer who enjoys gardening and DIY projects.
