Gerry Quarry Architects are pleased to announce they have been recognised as a ‘Smarter Planning Champion’ by the Planning Portal. Smarter Planning promotes a more efficient means of submitting planning applications. It helps local authorities to validate and process applications easily, allowing for smoother onward consultation and simple publication on Local Planning Authorities websites.
Planning has recently been granted by appeal for this contemporary flatted development near the railway station. It is a high density, sustainable scheme which will utilise a number of green technologies. The building is now completed and occupied.
